The First Emperor of China (259-209 BC) emerged to become the person capable of :

(a) Internally defeating Lu Buwei and Lu Ai to restore the true power of ruling the Qin state in a fierce power struggle in between 247 BC and 238 BC; |

(b) Externally defeating the six rival warring states, namely, Han, Zhao, WQei, Chu, Yan and Qi to become the first emperor of the unified China in 221 BC.
